Tuning Valve porting P15

Hi anyone has tried this power kit for Artemis P15?
It says 5mm ported valve.
Pros and cons?

I could be wrong but I think that was designed for the UK sub 12 guns to get full power. If you already have a full power p15 it may do very little.
designed as for the non UK version as well as upgrade to FAC in uk.

i have this in my p35. Works perfect. Same exact power as prior to install. p15,35,35x use same valve housing, spring and stem/seal

I ordered huma regulator with 12cc plenum hope i can do 850fpd on 21/23 slugs
i'm gonna be honest, I dont think so. at 143b i'm shooting a p35x with a 65cc plenum at 865 maxed out it can peak at 880-885 with 21 hp slugs if i bring it up to 150b. Maybe it will, you can only find out by trying.
you can always shoot 17-19 gr slugs. When i used to shoot slugs from a notos i learned that a 17gr slug with a bc of .07 shot at 791fps quickly overtakes the pellet shot at 860 in energy and velocity by 25 30 yards and holds that energy WAY longer than you'd think. Speed isn't everything

I missed ordering one Monday because I was away from home and thought I could wait until later in the day. I don't think it will increase power in my U. S. spec guns but the price is not much more than just buying another hammer spring and valve. I want those parts so I would like to give it a try.

I have not measured the passages in my P35-22 or P35-177. I haven't even opened up the P35-22. All original except for hammer spring and trigger settings (and a printed moderator replacing the baffles). But after figuring out my P35-25 prefers 34 grain JSBs I wanted to speed them up. With the regulator about as high as it can go and the hammer still open the valve I was getting about 715 fps. The passage from the valve to the transfer port, the transfer port, and the barrel port were all about 75% of the bore size. I increased them all to about 85% and gained 15-20 fps. Adding an aftermarket external plenum got me about 45 fps. Velocity is also temperature dependent and I have achieved a little over 800 fps with these heavy pellets but 790 fps or so is more typical. I am not in a rush but when I have an extra valve or two, I will reduce the diameter of one and see what that does. It show flow more, others report success, but I may also have to shorten the valve poppet to keep it projecting towards the hammer the same distance - in other words it is not super easy but probably not really very hard either. None of these changes is really necessary in my opinion but I like figuring out what works and how to do the changes.

Just getting a bullshark would be a lot simpler. The extra 40mm of barrel would give a similar velocity gain as the bigger plenum. A bullshark with an added plenum should easily make 50 fpe if the gun likes 34 grain pellets. That's more power than squirrels and rabbits need but makes the gun usable for a little bigger animals with brain shots.

I have a spare valve housing if you need one. The same bagnall one in the thread. Order the PEEK or delrin valve stem/seal from maple.
