Best Fittings Swiveling Kit for HP3 Omega Valve

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to purchase an Acecare 9L tank from Alibaba and equip it with the HP3 Omega valve. I also want to add a 2-meter swiveling kit connection hose from Best Fittings. I'll include pictures at the end for reference.

Main Concern

The HP3 valve comes with a male nipple for filling the tank and connecting the hose. However, the Best Fittings swiveling kit features a "BEST Fittings 1/8″ BSP Snap Connector" designed to fit an existing 1/8″ BSP DIN cylinder outlet.

Question

If I remove the male nipple from the HP3 valve, will the outlet fit the snap connector from Best Fittings?

Additionally, my local air filling shop uses either a female or male DIN 300 outlet. Best Fittings offers a 300 BAR DIN Female to BEST Fittings Quick Coupler Socket, which I plan to connect to the end of the hose if I can install the kit.

Also, what is the purpose and size thread of the 7.5k screw in the valve? can this also be used with a hose/kit?

Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Yep, that fill adapter you show with the female DIN300 and the female Foster quick connect is what you will need for the dive shop to refill your tank. The dive shops will typically have two types of fill whips. One with a male DIN300 and one with a yoke fill adapter for standard 3000psi scuba tanks.
But the fitting shown in your first photo will not connect to your intended valve.
Your intended valve has a male Foster that is used as in inlet and outlet for air.
You will need a hose with female Foster quick connects on both ends.
Gimme a minute to see if someone makes a 90° fitting that has one male and one female Foster quick connect. Pretty sure someone does. And that is if your desire to have the hose go 90° out of the valve.
Here’s a photo of my tank with a 90° swivel fitting with male Foster and 300DIN male.

OK, Best Fittins has the 90° fitting you will need (if your fill hose has a female Foster on both ends.
A 90° fitting isn’t necessary but I find it convenient. As my photo shows, my fill hose stores right on the tank by using the dead head plug with lanyard to hold it in place and keep dirt out of the hose.

Your local shop cannot fill via your Foster fitting? If not, bummer.

That "7.5K screw" is your burst disc, designed to rupture before the tank is overpressurized. Do NOT remove it nor replace it with anything except an exact 7.5k burst disc.

The handle and boot came with the tank from TOPGUN-AIRGUNS (Joe Brancatos store). They call it an “Armor Kit”.

The rubber boots can be bought off of Amazon, if you get one to large just add electrical tape to the tank for a tight fit. Also the protective webbing on the tank can be found. Not sure of the carry handle, but probably.

I have the same Edgun 360° Valve Swivel and definitely enjoy it.
