I recently designed a barrel band with picatinny rail for the AEA Challenger .30 Bullpup. It's free to download at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6273712

I don't know the barrel diameter of other calibers and I don't sell them but you are free to print for yourself or have someone else print it for you.
Edit: My son said he's willing to print these so if you need one I'll connect you with him. Printed in carbon fiber reinforced nylon so they're extremely strong.

My son does custom prints but I don't know the dimensions of the shrouded version and they would have to be exact to model it and have it fit right. I'll see if I can find an existing file for it.
