WARNING! DO NOT BUY THE HATSAN JET!!!

Wow, very sad state of affairs. I have two of these, a Jet 1 and 2. Absolutely no issues with either one, and no clipping with the Buck Rail moderator I'm using. Barrels on both are lined up as they should be. They are 20 yard guns at most, anything beyond that and the accuracy falls off drastically.

I was an early adopter of these, so maybe the QC fell off a cliff as time went on? I think they are great little 20 yard guns, but I'm very much aware I may have just gotten lucky with the ones I purchased.

Bummer to hear they are this bad off with the QC, but I'm also not surprised either. My Sortie Tact took a lot of fiddling to get it remotely useful, and my Blitz had an o-ring issue in the breech right out of the box. After I replaced that o-ring in the Blitz it's been great ever since, but that's another case where I'm sure I got lucky because I've seen nothing but issues with those as well.

Hatsan being Hatsan, what more can be said? Lol.

Maybe I got lucky with my Blitz as well. Wouldn’t take air from a compressor when I got it. But a trip to the paintball shop and a blast of air from their tank. Nothing but fun since. Love it.
Zero issues with the Hatsan Flash from day 1.
I will work through the issues with the Jet. Pretty sure a new crown on the barrel will resolve the biggest problem. And that’s the lack of accuracy.

Agreed!! Buy an Edgun, FX, Brocock, Daystate or something that’s high end to avoid the headaches of budget friendly guns. Nothing against budget guns but y’all know they’re work.
I typically only have more high end big bores. This jet is my first caliber under .357
I wanted a good plinker for pheasant and punching paper ect.... I had to do a lot of modifications to get a half decent group. I basically shaved down the top rail flat to get a good mouting area for my red dot. After some tweaking, it's shoots just alright. It still needs barrel work for sure. The pellet pusher was out of wack too. The crown is just mangled. I guess I got what I paid for.
