I would gladly return their money as soon as my rifle was back to me on their dime, and I've checked it over to make sure it's not damaged from them. If I find that nothing is wrong, and the item did actually fail, I would then refund their shipping costs.

Timeline for that would be a week or so. We are buying used no warranty here.

I also think anyone buying a pcp should have basic knowledge of how to fix them since they WILL fail an o-ring or spring at some point. Most of these guns are super easy to fix.

I would have offered to fix it but not refund it because of that stuff happens I bought a redwolf from a fella on here it arrived to me no air and he said he drained it to ship it well all be I couldn't get it to reseal for nothing so we chatted and I asked for a 100 off just because I didn't feel like a project either but sooner or later there all going to need a reseal I was very happy with him and I didn't want send the rifle back either but yeah I think you were a tad soft

I recently sold my HW44 .22 to a member here for a good price.
I shot it a bunch so I could show him how accurate they are.
After he got it a leak developed and it needed to be fixed.
He didn’t complain to me about it and posted about the issue ( not complaining about it, or feeling bad about the deal ).
After I saw the post I immediately posted in response to him about it.
He understood that it would have happened to me too if I didn’t sell it and I would have had to get it resealed too.
My HW44 .177 developed a leak and I had to get it resealed, it’s part of owning a PCP gun.
After he gets it fixed it’s not as good of a deal as the price I sold it to him for, but still a couple hundred bucks less than a new one.
If he insisted on a refund I definitely would have done that once I knew the pistol wasn’t misused and damaged.
I would never sell something that I didn’t think was in good condition.

Therefore closing the option to settle things in a civilized manor . I found this very frustrating and wrongfully acted in such a manor that wasn't very tasteful hahaha we are all human and make mistakes here and there through life . Maybe you will stumble upon this when not logged and can Smile .

Sad to say but it has gotten to the point where I would rather throw something away than try to sell/ship it on the internet. I now try to sell thing local. Craigslist/Marketplace... hoping to get a cash, face to face deal.
Read Utah Airguns small print. It seems they got tired of dealing with people like this also.

I am going to just spit it out there that those individuals ( plural ) who chose or cannot muster up enough SAND to call out a thief / scammer and/or a crook for the benefit and safety of ALL of US Here on the forums that try to be honest and fair in our dealings IS NO DARN BETTER Than the thief / scammer and/or crook Themselves = :poop::poop::poop::poop: IMHO = (In My Honest Opinion ) .

Everyone has their own opinion, but to call the OP equal to a piece of 💩in my opinion is completely ridiculous and inaccurate.
I get what you are saying though, and fully agree that scammers should be uncovered and exposed.
But in my humble opinion Buckshutr is exactly the kind of person that I would want to deal with and seems honest to the core.
Definitely in no way whatsoever to be equaled to a piece of 💩.

davelarson WRONG === I said The OP is a good man and a fellow I can both respect and appreciate .

It gets confusing when HogKiller quotes Bukshutr ( who is the OP) . .. Both of them were speaking of another individual not to each other from my perspective lol .

You have too read the whole thing and still it can be confusing to some . If you go back to the first page you can see where I implied that if he is a Sucker I would be too because I approve of what he did and would have done the same thing .

Thank you kind Sir. for the FALSE accusation haha . and those who liked are and are also mistaken due to a miscommunication in text lol.

Let me try to speak clear I would not only enjoy but would look forward to any dealings with the OP which is Buckshutr . He is the type of individual based on his actions that all of us here appreciate and enjoy in our dealings. I would recommend this type of individual to anyone lol.

To prevent confusion or miscommunication I will make another post with the individual whom the call out the thief request are referring to below haha.

I believe this is the post number 16 in which refers to the 100,00 theft in which all are asking him to call them out publicly for the protection and benifit of the community .
He does not wish to warn the community as a whole but stated that if you wanted to know who it was that you could pm him and he would tell you . Which most feel is silly and not beneficial to the community as a group looking out for another .

Which I view as childish IMHO.

Hopeful that this clarifies the misunderstanding for everyone . ;)
