Adjustable Mount For The Arken Zulus

So this mount has been around for a while and I knew about it and had it when I started my digital scope journey a few years back with the pard 008P. This mount allows you to adjust windage and elevation which means you can use the mount to zero the reticle instead of the scope adjustments. This will keep your reticle centered and closer to the lrf aim point if you have the lrf. Is this mount needed no but for those that are bothered by the reticle off center on base magnification it will definitely get the job done. Before the mount was installed my X -88 and Y -104 with the 0moa mount and with the eaglevision I got it to X -4 and Y -14. Once all the bolts are tight it seems to be solid but would check every now and again to make sure they are tight so it holds zero. The downside to this is if you are mounting to multiple pcps as you now used the mount to zero it and every rifle may be different. This is technically a universal mount and will need shorter screws as the supplied ones are to long.

I looks like it would raise the scope a quite a bit higher than without.
Did it cause you any issues in shooting form?
Not at all in the side by side pictures of the mounts it's only a hair taller. The part your seeing on top of the eaglevision is a mounting plate and mounts to the base of the zulus and than into the scope slot.

So what's the mounting plate? I'm interested.

I have a Zulus and am waiting for a eagle vision adjustable rail to be delivered.

So will I need some sort of mounting plate?

No the plate is there already you will just need to source yourself shorter screws. I will try and get the the hardware store to get the right size but I think it's m4
