Raw Reg o-rings

I was working on my raw and when I put it back together, I have a leak out of the hole with the arrow pointing to it. Am I missing any O-rings on the regulator pin? The black one appears to be a little damaged, so will replace it, but just wondering if I am missing any.

The BS015 and BS804 are different size on the later model raw 1000x BS109 is not needed but the ones on the reg core are standard across all RAW and rapid regs

PS you shouldn’t have taken the belville washers off because you now need to reset the reg pressure

You will notice that the washers are convex/concave in shape. The way most are arranged, the washer on each end will be oriented with the concave, or dish side facing out, with the others stacked in pairs with the concave sides facing each other, thus creating a spring. I expect that there are exceptions, so contacting a knowledgeable tech is good advice.

It depends on what power you shoot,
low to mid power it’s ()()()()(). Easier to set, less sensitive to reg nut adjustment
Higher power it’s (())(())((. More sensitive to reg nut adjustment

While they are disassembled it’s worth running them over some 600 grt paper to deburr them, it makes for a neater more consistent stack, left before, right after, do the other side also

It seems to me that there should be a donation site dedicated to Motorhead and the proceeds sent to him on a weekly basis since he, on a weekly basis, is willing to share his knowledge and experience with airgunners in trouble. Last thought, it should be a sticky
