What fill pressure are you shooting at? Has it always been like this or is this a recent change? Have you tried taking a look at the hammer and spring area?
I would degas the gun and inspect the hammer spring.
But since it's brand new I'd also get in touch with your supplier and ask for things to check before possibly returning it.
Since you have a chronograph I'd also turn that power wheel and see what kind of variation you get. Maybe the notches aren't matching the alignment of the valve.
Get in touch with the vendor. My 30 shoots harder than that. Make sure there is nothing (like part of a pellet) jammed up by the poppet rod. That can shorten the stroke when you fire. If it is not that it is probably a weak hammer spring.
