What did you do airgun related today.

I had a few minutes of daylight before my son woke up. I shot a magazine of these Stoeger branded pellets through the CZ200 Hunter at 18 yards from my office window. From single shot loading them in a different air rifle the diameter varies a little.
I shot out a 1/4 in target with them. Good enough for rodents in the feeder.
This CZ barrel continues to impress me. It shoots pellets it likes lights out, and everything else has been very acceptable.

i found an ace bandage and thin foam or some other material ,Leather? wonderful to find the right height comb for cheek weld .

today (@08:31 ) i have just poured my 2nd cup of coffee . I feel that this is quite the airgun related accomplishment for this early in the day .

I would have to add a good amount to the comb height judging by how I am positioning the butt stock on my shoulder to get lined up

just add more layers and bandage it to the stock , when the correct height is found then figure out thicker material or even make a wood piece to fit .

My eventual plan is to take extreme measures and make a stock for it. Which will solve more than 1 issue I have with the synthetic stock currently on there

Cleaned the regular on my first Impact and than order an Huma air regular as a replacement....lol

This evening I put 16 and 18 grain FX pellets over the chrony on high and low transfer port settings. I'm zeroed with 16gr. If I switch to the lowest TP it it falls exactly 20 MOA low at 18 yards where the rats show up in the bird feeder at night.

I'm reconditioning an Airacuda Max stock and lapping the barrel.

Shot some long-distance target practice. The first pic is just a close up of the top Video shots from 230yards. The 2nd video is from 75 yards. AEA big 9, 132gr fn from my friend Jon.

maybe a few scrubby sponges and wrap ace tight enough to hold in place , maybe permanently or just to use as a measurement . I used this method for a few weeks till i found the right arrangement , Then shot for three tournaments (3 months , only bought a black ace for looks .) mostly i got compliments .

Tested some 177 slugs through the Bullshark at 20ish yards. I still need to clean the barrel and see if shooting the same lead type pellets will improve groups. Those are 1/4" circles. I know slugs are meant for longer distances, I'm just playing around.
Most interesting is the expansion of the 10 gr JSB KnockOuts in 20% gel. They are leaving the barrel at 970 FPS

Thanks to a suggestion from @beerthief the peepsight is back in action. Getting the cheek weld and buttstock shoulder placement in order is huge in getting steady for offhand shooting. 5 shots @ 12 yards standing....
The variation here is me, but i will take it for now. With the success of the comb raise I made sure to secure the camo tape ends since it will be there for the foreseeable future.
Stuff like this just shows I bring the class to this party...it's low class, but that's what I have, so that's what I bring.
