FX DRS Classic for Pre Order

In the section of the manual shown above. Could someone help me understand the Notice "Do not adjust the regulator above 180 bar" because damage could occur? Does this damage the regulator or are downstream parts unable to handle higher pressure? Also, the Warning "do not shoot the gun below regulator pressure" which also can cause damage and void the warranty. I still want one. I'm just trying to understand the why of it.

All regulators have an operating range. When they say don’t adjust it above 180b, that tells us that’s the upper limit of the operating range. They warn about shooting below the operating range because they want to protect the valve. Most guys know it’s not a good idea to keep thumping the valve with very little pressure behind it. They put out the warning for people who don’t. They are just trying to prevent unnecessary warranty claims. Not everyone who buys a PCP fully understands them.

I wonder why FX didn't put a gauge on the plenum ??
Yah, setting up the rifle will be a pain !
I'm a set and forget guy so not a deal breaker for me but for some it might be.

because it was a rushed gun.

FX mentioned the DRS had been in development, since BEFORE the Panthera.
I think the only thing rushed, will be those rushing to open packages......maybe as soon as tomorrow!
Im looking forward to some honest, first hand impressions and accuracy reports.

In that video the SA guy seem to say you can reach the hammer adjuster from behind ?

It also seem like there is a difference in the stock right around that area with Wood VS Synthetic, with the wood it do look as if you would only need to "dig " a little with a dremel to gain access.

Personally i would not mind a little groove in the wood to gain HSA access

I thought I saw in one of the videos that said the stock needed to be removed to access the HST, like on the Dreamline Classic. Since the stock needs to be removed to attach a gauge and adjust the regulator, it sounds like tuning can be done while in a gun vice all at the same time and it's set it and forget it!

There are people who have received theirs, I saw a post on FB yesterday, someone complaining that the front of the stock didn't touch the air cylinder and that it was loud. I guess they've never heard of a free floating tensioned barrel or a moderator!
