so...FX airguns???

I read so little about the whole FX airguns lawsuit / whatever it is, really no idea what exactly is going on with wall that. but im looking to get an FX airgun with my tax returns, should I be concerned? or does this have nothing to do with that at all? any help would be greatly appreciated as I have little to no idea what's going on with all that :)

HAs Cape Fear become an official FX representative?
Parts inventory too?
Just asking, not criticizing
Edward
I know he has all the connections for parts. I sent an impact to him for valve pin replacement several months ago at which time he said he was working on becoming an official warranty service provider. I am not sure if that has happened. My understanding is that he was a lead tech at FX USA.

@Trucker3573 - These guys are in Michigan, might be worth giving them a call about FX.

Edit: I do not recommend FX but I have heard good things about the vendor.

I’m a fellow Michigander. Brooklyn….is that by MIS speedway ? Like mentioned above high pressure pneumatics up north would be a good vendor to buy a gun from. Not sure they necessarily do repairs however there is plenty of support for that.
sure is, im about 4 minutes away from the race track, the traffic in town is horrible during race week and faster horses week, I don't think I have heard of that vendor so ill definitely have to check them out.

Nice…I occasionally have to run US12 from saline all the way to coldwater for work when I have to stop in Fremont IN on my way to Chicago Heights. Company routing really stupid but they insist.

no concern at all the that was a issue with the old distributer, Utah airguns have taken over and have no issues, just a little slow on getting stuff out awhile ago but understandable since they were transitioning.
