N/A The Mora is in town!!

The Mora is ready to fill the stores (so i have heard)

I was at IWA and had a chat with the men from RTI and once again they gave me some information that tikt another box!

Everything about the Mora oozes quality! And is totaly on another level! you if i understood correctly you adjust the speed only with the regulator!
Fully adjustable trigger also length of pull, and what i found very helpfull…. Vent holes were the O rings are situated, so when you have a Oring that failed, you don’t have toe strip the whole gun! Or douce it in dishwas liquide looking fotr bubbles! Below you see a few of the ventholes thet are also on other parts of the rifle.

The safety below is (because of the high kaliber possibillty’s ) a “hard” safety, in other words when ingaged it locks in front of the hammer, so even when you were to drop it from the empire state building that hammer stays in place😜

Below you can also see the tiny vent hole under the barrel in the action.

Above: The barrel can be used “freefloating” from the breech onwords, but if need be, you can mount a bushing that clamps the barrel just behind the moderater cap to fiddle with the harmonics.

Here is the adjustable regulator blok that you can turn 180 degrees is you have the need for a bigger or “thinner” bottle”

big bottle!!

Thin bottle!

Above you can see the small and wide bottle installed.

Beneath the stock there is a knob and when turned (no tools required ) out you take out (i believe you could do some adjutments) i’ll ask again what it was, distributeurs wanted to place orders so i didn’t want to stand in the way of that.

To be continued!

Ha, my daughter helped out… i’m just a hobby shooter with air for 35 jears but comuters are not my strongsuit😂
The vent holes!
Wait a minute…

The knob under the breechblok …
That is the valve dwell time adjustment, you actually adjust volume of the valve chamber and the length of opening of the valve.
The thing with the assisted valve is, heavier the projectile, higher the pressure rises in the barrel and then also in the valve chamber so the valve closes faster which is not what you want. So with this setting you can adjust that.

PCP’s have come a long way!!
RTI has come a long way.. and that for such a young company!

I made an investment….

I expect an RTI Mora in a certain amount of time… and i’m verry courious!!

apart from being bomb proof, i think it should do well at 100 meters and PRS air shooting!

I certainly expect less problems as with the FX Panthera!

Keep you posted!

Alex
Well done 👍. I'm green with envy 🤣.

I saw the deposit offer, Airguns Heaven I think.

Unfortunately I have to pass on the Mora, health and cash hinder.

Enjoy your Mora, keep us posted.

Looks interesting. Whats the smalles caliber for mora? and highest too? As i know it is with interchangable barrels and calibers
.177(4.5mm), .22(5.5mm), .25(6.25mm), .30(7.62mm), and .357(9mm) at the available caliber. From interview I watch barrels will be interchangeable with the Prophet. And only the .357(9mm) will initially be offered in the longest barrel configuration, 700mm, other calibers at 600mm max if I remember right. They said the are looking to offer the longest barrel length for the smaller than .357(9mm) calibers as well.
