Air Venturi any body get thru to Air venturi

When I had one of their compressors I found them to be very helpful.
They seemed to have a limited staff on hand so calls getting answered was hit and miss. I believe I left them a voicemail and they called me back.

They are a little hard to communicate with. I've dealt with them for a few years off and on with issues with my AV 4500. Stacey and Ted have been very helpful for me.
The main repair tech Jordan doesn't seem to be too fired up to offer that extra bit of support. If someone was to ask me if I'd buy another one, I would say hell no....

I might be able to help Peter. I've been farting with mine for about 6 years I think.

I’ve communicated with them via phone and email. From what I recall in my experience in dealing with them, there were two people responding - a man (Roger) and a woman (Stacey). It’s been a while and I don’t recall their names. Harder to get them on the phone than communication via email.
