With mine a pellet / slug can fall backwards out of the magazine and jam up the cocking / pellet probe.
This happen every time you have the rifle pointing towards the sky when cocking it, and it do not have to point strait up, something like a 45 degree angle will do it, and with both magazines and also the aftermarket Carm magazine.

I have to pull the barrel ASO to fix it what that happen.

That's an issue with the early ones right?

I am not aware.
But if a pellet have slit back and have just been manhandled there, it might be why something below is gunked up.

My Vulcan 3, one day a 3 mm steel ball fell out of it, i have no idea where it come from, everything work as it should.

AGT really have to man / design up before i will consider buying one of their rifles again, i am also contemplating selling my Vulcan 3
Even if it have been good to me, on that i still rank it better than my Maverick, which the first 6 months or so i owned it was a nightmare, not really wanting to shoot any pellet good at speed other than Beasts.
MRD pellets was like lasers at 575 FPS, at 800 FPS or a little faster than that and my 2012 FX Cyclone was much better.
Maverick changed when i got a 700 mm barrel, since then it is the one i shoot the most.

Maybe the trigger was adjusted too much to the point of not cocking? Maybe try backing off the hammer spring some too and seeing if that helps. Why in the future for me I want only stock rifles not ones power tuned as people do some really weird things.
That's right, that happens with my buddys taipan vet 25 if I adjust the hammer on the higher end.

Looking for Derrick that works on the agt Vulcan 3. I just picked up a used one. It doesn't cock every time. You have to use speed in cocking it and most of the time you have to try it several times. Thus it's now a single shot. Anyone have any ideas?
He's zx10wall on the AGN forum. Also at tenaciousairguns.com
