EDgun Leshy 9 to .25

So I have a Leshy 2 in 9mm with the larger plenum. I put a 380 mm .25 superior liner with different hand hairs and she is sweet looking and running hot! She has one jet a .3 and I know she is wasting air. So my question is what jet or jets do you Leshy guys recommend me starting with I do have the jets.

Start by replacing couple of 0.1mm jets and “see” what’s your maximum speed for that regulator pressure. Once you have that speed then swap out the 0.1mm jets to bigger sizes until your L2 is shooting at around 96% of your maximum speed of your regulator setting. Less wasted air this way. You can use the same method to tune to your desired speed by dropping the regulator pressure first

Use 2x .3 jets for the 25.
Then when switching to 9mm, simply remove one of the .3 jets and plug the hole.

I also have a 9mm set up in 25 by Brian at edgun west and that was his advice to me. If you go on the edgun Spain site, you'll see on their chart that those are the maximum (or minimum, depending how you look at it) that should be used for each caliber. A sum of .6 for 25 and .3 for 9mm.

Awesome setup! I'm new to the site. Just wanted to post so I can actually use the site.

I do not have 250mm barrel, only 450mm in 9. Im shooting 81grain slugs and reg is set at 200bar. It can not go much hotter than that... I have another .30 600mm barrel but i have not tried It yet.
Nice. I've been using AEA airguns for awhile now, and I'm getting sick of the cheap Chinese stuff always having issues. I'm going to upgrade to better quality stuff now, I had an Ibex Rex in .495, and I really liked it, but it was a bit too long and big for my taste. A couple more questions about the Leshy 9. What size tank do you get and how many shots do you get when the reg is up to 200? I have bunch of 99 grain .357 slugs I bought from Mr. Hollowpoint, and I'm wondering if this gun could actually take a whitetail deer down. Thoughts?

The reason I love my Rattlers are because all of them, my 30's and .357's you can use slugs up to .8"s - with Leshiy's you can only use .43" that's it - so if your Mr OverpricedPoints are .43" or less you would be good.

Gotcha. I just measured the 99 grainers I got, and they're .46" so they're just a tad long. Are you hunting with the Leshy or just target shooting? What's the biggest game you think you could hunt with it?

That's a good guide. Looks like it would take small and maybe medium sized whitetail deer. We have an antlerless season out here in Michigan, but still not sure I would use a Leshy 9mm for it. I got an Element Max .58 that will take them down without a doubt, but it's not backpack friendly. Thanks for the info. I saved the link in my favorites tab.
