Plain ol' pigeon, same as any other.
The trophy is the shot.
80 yds lasered to the top of the silo
Benjamin Maximus hunter shooting as delivered aside from substantial trigger work.
Crosman .22 HP, cleaned and lubed.
Tasco 2.5 - 10 x 42 scope.

One shot one kill non trigger hand rested on top of bollard.
Had never shot the gun over 50 yds so guessed at the dope.

The gun is a tack driver at 30 yds but this was obviously a lucky shot.
I did not blow this particular shot and that is all I will take credit for.

BTW, The shooter in the pic is not me, that's my buddy. He regularly takes birds from that silo with his .25 Taipan vet. I normally use my 22 Akela at that farm.

I lined-up the peep-sight on the head of a grasshopper, made slight elevation correction and squeezed the trigger. I saw the grasshopper flop over and twitch a little! I went to look and realized the Hornady BB had found it's mark and took off the unlucky hopper's head! The next two hoppers met the same fate! I didn't think my shooting friends would believe me so I gathered the bodies and took a pic, :LOL:

Nah, it's skill and Kentucky windage that comes with experience.

2023 deer season my biggest buck with a airgun.. I was out with the AEA challenger elite 357 using mr.hollow point 150gr slugs.. was only thinking I would seen some doe's and this guy walked out. Buck fever hit and I forgot I was trying to make a video. Only thought I'm my
mind was dropping this deer.. dropped him

The single snapping turtle pic was a pretty impressive/ sad shot. First shot was a 150yard head shot, it went over to the edge of the water where I was able to walk right up to it and finish it off. Pics are a couple years old, don't quite recall how the double went down.

Those are hard to clean, but man are they tasty!

First kill with the Dawson 25 cal Rapid! Now it was only 20 yards, but a hades to the dome stopped this bunny in its tracks. Have been seeing them eating the bark on my apple tree. Neighbors have been complaining about them as well. Finally spotted two of them in the yard when I got home. I found them both tucked away in a corner of the yard, one spooked and hopped a few feet away, and this one froze. I popped this guy at 20 yards and looked for the other. Figuring he was gone I got up and went over to collect the prize, and of course I heard the other scurry away!

Oh well he will be back.

This is great to see! I'm new at all this and will be getting my first pcp soon. From the available videos I'm impressed with this rifle. Do you have any negatives I should consider?
