What's your idea of a quality trouble free PCP that will reward with GREAT 50yd accuracy. I already own a BSA R10 (Huma-Air regulated) and an AA510 non regulated. Both are capable of 1/2in with no wind and its favorite pellet (FX 16gr) at 50yd. Not wanting to push past 50, just want best options available. I realize that RAW or FX would be more accurate, but at what cost. I just want to shoot, not work on the things. Oh and it has to be magazine fed. No single shots. Too much time.

I won't say that I have not worked on it, but what I have done has be by choice, not necessity.

I wouldn't assume that FX would be more accurate than your other guns which you said are shooting 1/2" at 50yds...which is essentially 1 MOA. That's really quite accurate for any airgun that isn't painstakingly tuned/modified/tweaked. My FX guns will match that when I put the effort in, but it's not like they are running circles around it.
That said, I consider FX guns to be mostly trouble free. Of the three I own only one has developed a leak and that was after 3 years of heavy use. Resealed under warranty even though it was expired. No other troubles at all. However, I know other people haven't had the same experience, but that is my experience. And I do own/use other brands, I'm not an FX fanboy. But when people ask me which brands I recommend, FX is often at the top of the list.

I should have clarified-"Occasional" 1/2in groups. Most are closer to 3/4in using honest measurements.

I have to second F/X. I was agaimst it for a long time, but now I own 2. A dreamline bullpup and a Wildcat. Both are compact and both can absolutely stack pellets at 50yds. The F/X rifles i have owned have been problem free and the one that did leak, they offerred to fix it out of warranty as well. I fixed it myself just to get back to shooting quicker, but still great to know they stand by it. AA is also a quality rifle with equal accuracy to F/X as well.

RTI Prophets and AAS5XX and AAS4Xx guns. Both platforms are trouble free and disassembly of both are super easy and adjustments are simple. P2s has some problems when they were released but they’re sorted now. My P1 hasn’t needed any work.
R-10s are reliable until the reg goes off. Love the Brocock S6 for reliability but reseal was a pain when it finally needed it.
Most reliable/ ease of service was the DAQ XL but it wasn’t a production gun. 3 orings and two screw drivers to disassemble in under 5min if it needed and all the orings were standard sizes.

Trouble free? I’ve had issues with just about every Airgun I own. Most are minor issues that arise in time. O-rings will have to be replaced eventually. That can be a task when you are not familiar with a gun and they are located in places that require access to parts that require more disassembly or you are not used to replacing orings. This is more so an issue with regulated air guns. My Benjamin Bulldogs have been pretty easy to maintain as has my Benjamin Marauder Pistol. 50 yards is stretching it for the Marauder pistol. Of all of my PCPs, these two guns have the easiest access to parts and assistance in my experience. I like my Brocock Bantam Sniper HR. I’ve learned the gun and can do some of what it needs to maintian it without shipping it out. It’s just tough obtaining specific info on parts from the manufacturer. I’ve read that Taipan Veterans are pretty good guns when it comes to build quality. Don’t know what it’s like to perform your own maintenance on one or how often you’d need to, but again….there are o-rings.
Maybe a springer fits the bill if you’re not looking forward to doing much of anything aside from shipping a gun out for spring or piston seal replacement every some odd years.

I don't know if most people would consider them quality, but....as for trouble free, man I had north of 20 Evanix rifles in my career and they are the vision of a rugged trouble free gun.
I too have the R10 and S510 FAC Carbine. Very high quality and accurate for sure. If you want to add even more quality and beauty to that collection, I would go for a pre-owned electronic Daystate Air Wolf MCT or Mk 4. I own both and the electronic trigger is what makes them so consistently one-hole accurate. Beautiful rifles, highest quality and trouble-free.
