Recently I am liking the Athlon scopes. The reticles are good and the glass is as well. Not to pricy for the value of them.

Good Airgun Scope

I also have a Hawke Airmax 30 Compact 3-12X and it is as clear as any scope I've ever used. I was pretty amazed. I have Airmax 4-16X50, 10X and the 3-12x and a 4-12X and all are super clear. I also have two 2-7x Airmax, that are just OK, but not in the same class as the other scopes. I'm toying with sending them back to Hawke to see what can be done. I have a 2-7x and a 4x Vantage that are very clear, and beat the pants off the two AM scopes, so who knows.
