NYPD goes PCP!

As a lifelong airgunner who's enjoyed them not only as a source of endless shooting pleasure but a means to keep my shooting skills sharper than any "real gun" shooters, it warms my heart to see them being embraced to combat the criminal element RUN AMOK in none other than New York City! It occurs to me the new PCP might be employed in a dual role as a less-than-lethal stun-gun... assuming an officer with skills enough to employ my preferred 'head shots only' against dangerous game.

oh boy, someone in office watches too much TV. soon we'll see the bat signal.

Your post is profound; and makes it obvious the crime crisis in NY is most likely, probably, without doubt, inarguably because the bat signal has not been seen with any regularity since the 1960s! Apparently Batman's age caught up with him; and Robin not only can't read a map, clock, calendar, beyond middle school level, make change, or carry on an intelligible conversation, but rather than accept any responsibility when Batman retired, elected to live in his mom's basement, play video games, and addict to Fentanyl. However I understand Robin is an internet celebrity and "influencer" of some Cyberspace repute.

always easier for outsiders to speculate. let me just tell you that handing anything that shoots anything other than bubbles to some of these officers is a bad idea. now you have something that is supposed to stick to a car to track them in a place where you can't make it to the next block because of the traffic, and every corner and stoplight has a camera. I already see that tracker hitting a pedestrian or going through a windshield. the reality is nypd has gotten lazy and NYS had determined that there is no crime punishable anyway. we don't need robots or as seen on TV trackers, what we need is the police to do their job and for the damn state to back them and allow arrests to be made.
with that being said, is it cool? sure. maybe they should use tranquilizer guns also, that would be fun to watch. also, you shouldn't judge robin like that, we don't his story lol.
