I was in retail for over 35 yrs. Can’t tell you how many times some one said it was just there. I was thinking about it. You snooze you loose.
Before the Internet they would ask to hold it so they could compare prices. I said sorry. No s-it they would come back 20 min. later and say they want it. Only problem it sold in that 20 min.
When I shop I hold the item for my wife or me always. Crow

I bought, sold, traded and flipped powder burners for decades.
Just some lessons I learned over the years that may be applicable to air guns.

You can go broke buying good deals.

You cannot get all the good deals. There are plenty of others looking for deals.

Good deals are like city buses. if you missed the one you intended to catch, be patient. Another one will come along.

How do you define a good deal? Is it a great price on something you have had a long term desire to own? That is a good deal.
Is it a great price on something you never really wanted but recognize that it is priced lower than market value? not such a good deal. you now have something you never desired and the only attraction was that you got a good price before someone else did.

I try to keep all of this in mind when buying and selling. It helps to curb the frustration of missing a bargain.

No somthing id like to have and the sale was nice. I dont binge buy off spur of the moment wants . + Ive had / have them so i onow its value and quality and would get well used.

Im not a foolish keep up with the jones type.

This just happened to me, but only because I need to sell something before I buy something else. The accumulation of “stuff” needs better management in my household so theres a new rule being imposed. Something must be given up for something new. Only applies to wants not necessities like food etc. So I didnt sell my PCP in time to buy another one that was on sale.

I dont understand,. All i hear is from j0e &co is you never had it so good. Best liven ever today thanks to him . Come on man . Its no lie . Lol

I was thinking to retire a gun and it would of been a nice replacment in the same caliber. Also ol lady holds card and she was at work..
