Old fart challenge

My first airgun is gone, but I’m going to use my P3 pistol because it’s closest to being my first gun.
I’m going to shoot freehand, but if I’m leaning against the walker will I be penalized?
Will I be expected to remember stuff like pellet choice afterwards?
Are we allowed to… um,…..lost my train of thought.
This will be a fun challenge! Almost everyone likes gardening!

Anyone have a Sears Ted Williams “El Dorado” Daisy 880 I could borrow? And I seriously have been looking for one. Baker has had some but I seem to look just after they are sold.

Can you imagine getting that gun as a kid at Christmas? I’d like to get it at Christmas this year!!

Still have my very first air rifle. Got a Crosman 760 for Christmas in 1979. It still lives in my safe but won’t hold air anymore. I need to look into getting new seals and bringing her back to life. My next oldest would be a Beeman R10 that I bought in 1986. That one was recently brought back to life by a very generous member here on our forum. He completely restored and tuned my old springer. She shoots great now. Okay, she gets the nomination, so now I just have to find 25 yards to shoot.

Ok, I'm in. The gun is a 1968 Crosman 760 ; the operator is a 1956 model old fart. 25 yards ,off hand, 5 shots is all you get for a quarter! My arms are shaking so much after 50 pumps that I think it's time to quit. The 25 yard target is the top right in the first picture. The grids on the targets are 1". I think the operator needs some refreshment now............here you go.

I'd try this but I can't find a refrigerator box to shoot at.;) Besides, it'd be with my second airgun, first was a Daisy with a broken plastic stock handed down from my brother. Still have the second, I got for Xmas in the early 1960's. A Sears that you pump the barrel to cock. Both were/are bb guns. Still remember walking up the hill to a little store to buy Daisy bb's in a plastic bag for a nickel a bag. Only took me about 50 years to get my next airgun.

I think i have a problem with my gun ? i have checked all the screws several times but when i look through the scope the reticle seems to jump all over the target ? Yes i have checked the scope mounts but after a few seconds the thing starts to move all over . Now 60 years ago the same scope and rifle held very still , maybe ill try a different scope ?
