    Career II 707 airgun

Might check the shuttle area if cleaning barrel doesn't work. It's possible a pellet got snagged when loaded and some lead is stuck in it or the lead in area of the barrel. You can clean the barrel with a worm patch without taking the barrel off. Cock the gun and leave the lever open and insert...

    N/A DreamBlation P.D.S-4 pcp

Cooking lever is on the left side side like a Prophet. I'll give AOA a call after the weekend and see what they say about them.

FWB Does the FWB 124 have a Walnut stock?

Looks like nice beech. There are a few in walnut but not many. Here's a thread on one. https://www.airgunnation.com/threads/old-school-fwb-124-surprise.732104/

    N/A DreamBlation P.D.S-4 pcp

Has anyone seen one of these before? Tried to search for info but couldn't find anything on them or country of origin. I like thr minimalist looks.

    Ags quickshot triggers

Good point. Will likely bite the bullet and try one. If I do I'll post the results

    Ags quickshot triggers

I saw them and was tempted with the Beeman Chief trigger. Should work on the QB78/Crosman 160/Gauntlet triggers. Will probably roll the dice.

N/A Best *Obsolete* or *Discontinued* PCP Rifle?

The Falcons are amazing. Probably will never get another production PCP with all high gloss blued steel actions again. Machine work was also excellent on them. Bowkett's designs were great if a little over complicated/novel at times. Not sure there will be another designer that was as prolific...

N/A Favorite pcp air gun for survival off grid bugout ?

DAQs are PCPs made by Dennis Quackenbush. The Brigand was a short lived gun he made back in the mid 90s. Most of his other models are more commonly available caliber big bore PCP rifles and pistols.

N/A Favorite pcp air gun for survival off grid bugout ?

Id go with pretty much any DAQ. They're overbuilt, simple to take down and reseal, have a lower fill pressure and hold air forever. I've got a lot of springers, MSPs and pcps but if the stuff hit the fan I'd take my DAQ Brigand.375 and a DAQ XL in .22.

    Cheap FX chronographs..

The effect on barrel harmonics had me concerned as well if wrapped on the barrel. I'm not too concerned about shifting zero when testing slugs and different speeds but like you said the harmonics may be a factor when trying to maximize accuracy. I tried to Google images of ppl using a small...

    Cheap FX chronographs..

Slight work around to the batter issue but has more wires. https://maplecustomproducts.com/products/copy-of-fx-wireless-radar-chronograph-picatinny-baseplate?srsltid=AfmBOooYxGgZhi9g580oFPKW0OdYg9E08WMLrcob0zIbzC947ckHBs5p

    Are glass optics becoming obsolete?

For target shooting and testing I use glass. For hunting and plinking I use my Zulus. I'm sure the quality on the digital scopes will improve in time. With digital it's great to be able to swap guns and load a different profile and rezero if needed. DRF are an awesome feature.

N/A What’s the most beautiful airgun you’ve owned?

Hard to say on the most beautiful, probably an FX Tarantula but can't find photos of mine on new phone. Here's a mix of old school classics and some newer guns. Of these the Sheridan Slab stock is probably may favourite for its svelte shape and nice walnut.
