    Daisy bought out Crosman

I guess it be read both ways but it was intended to mean a Crosman (airguns) barrelled with a BSA barrel.

    Daisy bought out Crosman

It's easy to take the skeptical view and it's not unwarranted. My initial reaction was quiet cynical. Hopefully they consolidate some of the products between the 4 companies and improve the existing products. Maybe they'll provide a statement with some clarity in the future on how they plan...

    Daisy bought out Crosman

The airgun market has become saturated in the past few years so some level of consolidation might not be a bad thing. Hopefully not much changes for Crosman. Gamo, Daisy and BSA all under one umbrella. Maybe we'll get some Crosman branded BSAs or Crosman barreled BSAs.

    RTI MORA is here

I'm sure it's durable but the frame is pretty thin from the bottle to the action. Love my Prophet I in .22 but could be tempted by the Mora.

Karma Red Panda listed at Pyramid air

Someone might have posted this yet but I did see it. Pyramidair listed the Red Panda on their site and it gives some more details . None in stock yet. https://www.pyramydair.com/product/karma-red-panda-bench-pcp-air-rifle-pellet-barrel?m=6274

    Benjamin Discovenge .25 build

Went shooting again today, used a spare heavier hammer spring from MAP I had. Groups shrunk to 0.75” at 50m. Not sure if accuracy improved because of more speed or less wind. Was too cloudy for the chrono, so no numbers. Ordered a HST adjuster today and when I get it I’ll install the MAP valve...

N/A Least problematic air rifle brand for newbies

All good options but I’d go Air Arms S series. Super easy to work on it needed and easily resettable adjustments. Platform has been around for years so no kinks to work out.

    Benjamin Discovenge .25 build

Thanks, I’m with ya on nice stocks. Seems most stuff is goin the other way. I got two other sporter stocks im finishing up for two QBs on pcp tubes. Both are super porous Claro and I used a BLO finish so it’s taken ages to fill the grain. Should have wet sanded or used a varnish. Live and learn

    Benjamin Discovenge .25 build

Order an Avenge .25 barrel with the plan to sleeve it for a QB build but it fit the Crosman Breech with the orings but was about 0.3mm too long on the breech end. Had a friend cut it down and it lined up with the valve TP. Polished the breech and found the longest Crosman bolt I had. The pellet...

Airforce Why buy Airforce instead other PCP brands

Never owned an AF gun, but I’ve been shooting airguns since 2000 and seen the platform develop. AF’s platform offers modularity and a large aftermarket community that has had years to develop. Their platform is pretty simple and except for the lack of multi shot capability is still relevant...

    Any PCP Airgunners in Houston???

It’s a drive but Alamo Airguns has a large selection of PCP and accessories. Seems every time I stop by a rancher is asking about a Western Rattler in .357. They also have a huge selection of pellets.

Welcome, Birmingham was the heart if so much in the airgun world. I still have about 12 BSAs and two Webleys. When I was at Uni I went up to DAI Leisure to buy a used BSA Lightning XL they had. Probably one of the coolest stores I’ve ever been in. Combined so many of my hobbies into one place.
