I agree with everyone above.its not hurting anything, I would only if it was suffering and you can't tell this time of year. NMshooter you are 100 percent correct, glad someone else noticed.

I'm glad someone that has did it spoke up. I had thought about a hand pump when I first got into pcps but was under the impression that it was going to take a hour or so to fill it. thanks for the info.

I haven't hand pumped my wildcat, but I think it's going to take hundreds of pumps to fill and you have to let the pump cool down after 10 to 15 minutes of pumping for 10 minutes.

it would change the way the gun handles. no problem for benchrest but off hand it would.

I bought a FX Wildcat because of it's reputation as being accurate out of the box, I do tinker a little but with changing o-rings but a full tune is be on my abilities for now.that is how I justified spending the 1300 bucks. and FX didn't disappoint me.

I had the same problem Joe did, he would answer the phone tell he got my money. I bought a P12 from him.
