    My Bobcat mk II in .25 has 40 tin's of JSB King through it an haven't had to change the breach O-ring. I clean and lub my pellets but i use silicone lub.

    The cut outs for the air gauge, the trigger slot and the air tank fill screw in have unfinished sharp edges.
    I had that problem and replaced the air tub just to get one that was as poorly finished as what I had.
    I used a small rat tail file to remove all the burrs then polished it with a 1200 grit 1 inch hone on a drill.
    I did a light polish on the thread end and this ended the problem.

    If you shot the remaining pellets out check your baffles. You may have damage one because I have done that one.

    FX Bobcat is 1 in 20 and the crown can be 1 in 28 or 1 in 30 you have to check the tag on the barrel.

    Here is a list of  FX Bobcat Mark II O-ring sizes, quantities needed, and the parts numbers for Maryland Metric. They do not show the O-rings for .177 or the .25 but do for the .22 and .30 for the breach.
