Both valves were closed. What do you mean by whip? Like return it and get a new one? If I must then I must but I'm hoping I don't have to send it back. I'm in Canada and the only dealer that I was able to get it from was in quebec and it was super hard to converse with them. Ugh.

Alright so cocking gun didn't work. Bleed valves were both closed on gun and compressor. Let it run for 5 min and neither regulator or tank gauge moved at all.

I bought a new avenger and after degassing I was ready to full to adjust regular. I hooked up my compressor with a quick connect and attached to the nipple. Sat for 5 min with it running and both gauges have not moved at all. When I disconnect the hose air is indeed running. There are no leaks...

I don't think the notos is classified as a pistol. In Canada any air rifle over 495fps requires a firearms li ence which is a PAL
