Id springer all the way. Just a can of pellets and a screwdriver. Less maintenance. I also am considering a PCP like a Diana Bandit Black just to plink and small 25 yards in work.

The HW 30 is the only Break Barrel I've ever sat down and actually shot a entire tin of pellets with. They are that fun to me.

I love everyones reply. I got my HW30s from Krale, No Tax just shipping about 4 months ago now. Took 4 days to St Louis. So the Beeman R7 The HW 95/R9 Series, that would be a fine Hunting rifle. However the 50s is lighter and more of a hunting gun than the HW 30. I'm going with the HW 57 next...

I have never been happier since I added the Williams FP rear peep sight. I'm aging to and still wear glasses. I enjoy 50 foot shooting in the basement in the winter time.

It's going to be hard to keep my hands off the moderator. I should be able to experiment with the Buckrail 15mm to 1/2 unf adapters. I just use that Diana Chaser when I need to be that quiet.

At 55 feet in my basement mostly. Range I will try at the 40 yards marker.

I was forced into a retirement and partial disability. Good thing or I'd have many more guns.
