I've never had to load their app to view tracking. i just use the supplied tracking number into commercial web tracking engines. Once the package hits stateside USA most times USPS took over so I rely on their tracking notification

Yikes, at the price of that gauge assembly, I'd expect top level QC. I hope the vendor would make good on it and provide a replacement. My HP3 functions wonderfully in air control and gauge accuracy the 3 weeks I've owned it now.
