LMAO.. I'm doing the same thing. I have some family land out in east Texas that I get to shoot at on occasion. Otherwise it's the backyard and the occasional horse barn. Where I spend 3 or 4 hours for 2 rats. But see 10. What we need is to find some ranchers just outside of the city...

Hey BobBitchin, did you ever find a landowner? I live near Denton and found 1 person, but they don't have THAT many rats, and the barn setup doesn't allow for very good shooting angles. Just curious if you have had any better luck around the Metroplex.

I read somewhere a WHILE back, that it is illegal in NYC to have anything that shoots a projectile of any sort. Down to water guns and nerf. Not sure how true it is because it doesn't affect me. But I'm sure you cant just buy an air rifle at the local sporting goods store like you can...
