How come the rifle cannot be sold in the US?

Selling because I am selling my Maverik and do not need it anymore. Retails for 309. Will sell for $200 and will split shipping. See photos below.

Any rifle really. I just got a great deal on a pre owned crown mk 2 in 25 cal. I’m putting the saber tax chassie on it and some weights with my accu Tec wide bipod. This will be my designated pellet bench rest setup.
