    Feedback jasmlowe A+ Seller

Purchased a Taipan vet from jasmlowe aka Jason Lowe about a month ago (took me a while to find this area!) and he was a great seller!

Do I get the wrong fill hose ?

DIN300 is the fill adapter you need, so you asked for the correct type. They just sent you the incorrect part. As JohmL57 already stated, that is a scuba yoke. This is the end they should have sent you based on your DIN300 request: https://www.nuvair.com/1-4-fnpt-300-bar-din-filler-bleed-block.html

First bullpup. Which should it be, Cricket 2, Argus 45 or Wildcat mk3 compact?

+1 for the Taipan Veteran compact. I know it’s not on your list of options, but it is a really solid choice, as well. You’re not going to find one much more compact and the trigger is really great. I just picked up a .22 Veteran long and am really pleased with the accuracy, noise level (even...

Athlon Ares ETR APLR6 3-18 question

As promised. Here are photos of the Ares ETR 3-18x50 APLR6 reticle at approximately 16x. There are only marking for 15x and 18x so I set it a little above 15x and erred on the side of below 16x instead of above. To be honest, the photos I took don't really do either the justice they deserve...

Athlon Ares ETR APLR6 3-18 question

I just bought this scope 2 weeks ago. I already had a Midas Tac 6-24x50 with APLR4 reticle and love it, but agree the reticle is a little hard to see at lower powers. I've found illuminated reticles really help me see them better, so decided to try the Ares ETR 3-18x50 with APLR6. At 16x I have...

    Foster adapter question

Great clarification! My comment wasn't intended to mislead. I thought both of the fittings I linked to were stated as Made in the USA, and I know that's important to some people. Upon review, it looks like the second one isn't. I will edit my post above to reflect that. I'm all for buying from...

    Foster adapter question

I almost mentioned M10x1, but didn't want to confuse the issue even further! Joe B is Joe Brancato at Top Gun Airguns (https://www.topgun-airguns.com/ or http://experthpa.com/). His stuff is a little pricey, but some of the fittings and other items he sells are made in the USA if that...

    Foster adapter question

I agree with jps2486. You likely received 1/8 BSPP (G1/8) threads which are parallel threads and require some sort of face seal. It has been my experience that BSPP threads are far more common than NPT threads in the PCP world. One notable exception are the foster fittings sold by Joe B and used...

    Fittings for fire department filling

Not all guppy size (90 cu in) tanks have the foster connector built in. JoeB's "guppy", for example, has a DIN300 connector with the option to add a male foster adapter. Those that do have the foster connector usually have a male foster connector, so I think you would want a CGA347 to female...

    The backdrop on this forum

It is a 2x2 twill weave which is a 2 over/2 under pattern and is a pretty standard carbon fiber weave pattern. It’s also commonly used for Kevlar/aramid fibers. Here are a couple real photos I grabbed from a quick google image search as examples. 2x2 twill weave carbon fiber 2x2 twill...

JSB .22 Jumbo Heavy or FX 18 gr ?

I can't speak to the JSB/FX 0.22 18.1g similarities, but I can't tell a difference in the accuracy or POI between the 0.25 JSB 25.39 gr and FX 25.4 gr pellets in my FX Maverick Sniper 0.25.

    Questions from Taipan Veteran Newbie

Thanks for the links! I can't wait to get the rifle in my hands. You're rifle looks nice! I know a lot of people aren't a fan of the Taipan stocks, but I like the look of them.

    Questions from Taipan Veteran Newbie

Hi All, I have a new to me Taipan Veteran coming my way and want to make sure I’m ready for it. Up until now I’ve only had airguns that use foster connectors to fill. I’d like to order a male foster adapter for the fill probe, but I can’t find the thread size the stock probe is. Can anybody...
