Where did you find that barrel band?

I realigned the barrel and that took care of my windage problem. I'm going to order a set of Burris signature zee rings with 30 moa inserts to take care of the elevation.

I just bought an umarex origin. When trying to sight in the rifle shoots 8" low and 8" right with the scope maxed out on the turrets. I've been shooting for years so I can adjust the scope correctly. I've tried 2 different scopes and different rings with the same results. Is it possible the base...
