I am left eyed and right handed. I trained myself to shoot left handed by plinking with a Red Ryder until my muscle memory took over. Now the left handed hold feels completely natural. It only took a week or so. I do not regret it a bit.
My guess is the head size is larger by a bit. In my experience in my springers head size is a huge variable and it does not take much to make a difference. I think oxidation is a build up so the head size is larger. If he has a peletizer he may find out if he has a control.
Thanks for the heads up! I bought one last night. It will be my first .177 pellet gun. I am looking forward to comparing it to my Beeman R9 and Diana 350, both in .22. Also my first purchase from AOA. I am guessing it will need a heavy pellet, I told Rich to add a couple of tins of his choice.
Y'all were nice enough to steer my to the Beeman R9 when I wanted to buy my first premium air rifle. Your advice paid off. I shoot it every day and love it. I never knew a tin of 500 H and N pellets could go so fast. I am thinking of a Diana 350 mag as my next nice rifle. Any thoughts would be...
