Hi! If I own a pellet gun in California (.117 caliber) - do I have to put on the special marking outlined in SB199 https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=201320140SB199 , or is that just for Airsoft guns. Thanks! :D
