Faster to refill from a scuba/carbon tank than to swap a bottle.

Perhaps you can tell me why it’s so important to have so many shots on tap. Makes no sense to me when you can fill up from a tank in 10 seconds. Sure, if you’re walking the woods, you don’t want to carry a tank, but in that case surely 100 shots is more than enough. Just curious.

Great, but we were talking about the M4 that gets 100-125 shots from 300-250 bar at 860fps. I’m wondering how is its accuracy because it must be running way below the knee of the tune to get that efficiency. What kind of grouping do you see?

Juice is not worth the squeeze at 300. Stress on compressor or air tank, gun, increased ES, and air does not behave as ideal gas above 230bar so the extra shot count is lower than expected.
