Honolulu Scuba company was one of the only companies that would fill carbon bottles to 4500 psi. Haven't check recently.

There is a set screw that is supposed to hold everything in place. When the adjuster comes out there is a hole visible. Just look below and you can see a coresponding hole I think it was 1.5mm wrench. Do not over tighhten! Use a little blue loctite.

Run a heavier weight. I use a 12.9 gram weight, reg @ 120 bar, the JSB kings shoot @ 978 fps with the wheel on 3.

I had good results out to 50 yards with the NSA 47 grain .30 slugs with a 20" barrel. My partner now owns the .30 Flex. .25 I still have and yes it hold air forever. I used to shoot the NOE 48gr HPBT slugs that were very accurate @ 50 yards. No place to shoot further. I would try the a .25...

There is a hammer spring adjuster under the butt pad. You need a hex wrench to adjust.

I think that we used to use a nickle or a quarter to set the gap for the top hat. The talon top hat screws in and out just like the Talon P but the Talon P has the condor valve installed not the Talon valve.

The Talon has a different valve than the Condor. The bottle is a spin-loc. I believe there a few set screws around the waist of the top hat that need to be tightened I think it's a 0.050" allen key. There should be something about the correct gap between the bottom of the top hat and the base...

There is no valve on the AEA bottle. Its a bottle adapter only. Going to need the tank.

I shoot them out of a Wildcat MKIII, bottle, 600mm barrel at 990 and performs well.

Nice job getting your Maverick shooting! Try increasing the first regulator 10 bar. Also try increasing the hammer spring adjuster in tiny increments. These may help the regulator variations. 

The hex screw doesn't crush the brass sleeve.

Yes that is correct. It is the cocking pin I would suggest polishing the hammer a bit but stay away from the front tapered edge that the sear catches. I use a very light application with a lube that has anti seize properties. Again apply carefully. I still own one in .25 with a Cothran valve...
