Wow, About time we had a class that might dovetail top scores with the actual target difficulty. Maybe now the luck of fickle winds can be compensated with airgun ammo capable of more consistent ten ring hits. I have yet to see 740+ scores in these events, even with the oversized plugs used...

Biggest issue I‘ve observed with long range .177 target shooting is being able to see the hits well past around 75yds or so. LD

I think the unregulated Revere is a very decent shooting gun, with or without a reg. I also suspect an un-regulated one can be easily fitted with a Huma reg should you desire to try with and without. I own the very similar Daystate regal, and it would be fully consistant enough in shot cout...

Shooting with both eyes open helps to locate the target more easily and quickly, and helps identify wind shifts via your wind indicator as well as moving grass and bushes. I also rely on offside eye to check my spirit level while aiming.

Bobby, The original barrel in your USFT was tested as I posted above. It was tested for group precision, but many folks call it an accuracy test so I normally go with that. Now bearing in mind great WIND resistance is of pellets is mostly a function of pellet design and barrel compatibility...
