    CROSSMAN 2240xl mods

Thanks!!! The muzzle break is part of the barrel and flares enough to prevent the band from slipping over it.

    CROSSMAN 2240xl mods

Hello, recently got an XL version of the Crossman 2240 with the extended steel breech. I'm looking to change the Barrell band so I will need to remove the Barrell as the band won't slip over the end of the barrel. My question is has anyone else done this? I'm seeing that the placement of one of...

    New airgunner question

Thanks!!!! Yes I do need it well shorter than the average. I will look into something like that. I really appreciate the info.

    New airgunner question

Thanks, I'll look into them. My issue isn't really trigger pull. I am shorter than "average" with a proportional reach. Holding an "average" rifle with the stock into my shoulder properly, my hand doesn't reach the trigger on my current rifle. I have to kind of reach over the stock and place my...

    New airgunner question

I like what I see. I do want to go and actually hold one first just to see if I run into the same issue of not being able to reach the trigger which is turning out to be my biggest issue.

    New airgunner question

Thanks for the info. I started looking at Dania. Only heard good things about them. The cocking strength isn't an issue to me, I shoot a 65# compound bow easily. It's just the length from stock to trigger. Thanks!

    New airgunner question

Ok, thanks. Unfortunately, on my current rifle even a shorter trigger pull won't help. I just can't reach the whole trigger assembly at all if I hold the grip properly. I'll look at the Dania. As far as cutting the stock, I'll consider it. Just wondering, I would need to cut about 2-3 inches...

    New airgunner question

New question....I am looking into getting a new decent air rifle, strongly leaning towards nitro piston. My biggest issue is size. I am a bit on the smaller side. I have a Ruger Impact Max as my first air rifle. I like it but the length of the stock and grip are too long for me. I am unable to...

    New airgunner question

Hey, thanks for the response. Yes it does and I confirmed that is not the issue. It isn't so much a rattle as it is obviously something shifting in the body when I rotate the rifle on that lengthwise axis. I will be shooting again this evening so I will check if it occurs once cocked and loaded.

    New airgunner question

Ok, thanks. As I think about it I know I haven't checked the "rattle" when gun is cocked and loaded. I will check that later.

    New airgunner question

I have just picked up my first air rifle, a NP break barrel. Nothing high end first, waiting for a little experience under my belt to get a good idea of what I'll be looking for when I finally drop some $ on a decent rifle. That being said, if I hold my rifle, uncocked & unloaded, across my body...
