Will the FX Impact be available in .177 ???

AOA said they were taking orders for .177 when I called two months ago. I'm waiting for them to offer the rifle with a screw on moderator vs. the current sliding one. And I certainly like to hear if a .177 and .25 combo works well together on the rifle without a bunch of adjusting.

    FX Impact with Huggett Moderator

IMHO it makes the gun too long. I had the same with my Talon SS with moderator, started looking like a broomstick and very unwieldy swinging out a door for a quick backyard shot.

    EDgun for the win....

This video has been around for years!! Still would be nice to have a production model with the way I shoot.

FX Impact: The Wait and Anticipation

Just wondering why the rear of the nugget shroud is even with the bottle in one picture and 3 inches beyond it it in the other? Is it mounted on the same .22 barrel?

FX Impact: The Wait and Anticipation

I see it!!! I like .177 for my needs, but if I can easily make it into a .30 cal with an easy barrel and probe change then I'm in!! Just need to see that it works.

FX Impact: The Wait and Anticipation

Here's what I'm curious about. This barrel tightening system with multiple hex tightened screws: VS This barrel mounting system with a single hand tightened screw: Not saying it wont work. I'll buy one if it works and lasts with occasional barrel changes. I'm just waiting on the...

FX Impact: The Wait and Anticipation

The Impact is a great concept. Being first is fun but you also have to bear the risk of new rifle hiccups. I'd like an Impact in a .177 caliber. What Id really like to know is if you could easily change it to a .25 or .30 caliber and that it would throw a .177 or a .30 with an easy adjustment...

    Feedback Sean Lennon- A+ seller

Did an airgun trade with Sean. Expensive rifles both ways. His rifle was exactly as described and was in well maintained shape. Obvious that he takes care of his airguns. I would recommend him to anyone. Good communication and prompt delivery.

    Air Arms Galahad

I think a .177 cal coupled with 9" long and 2" diameter barrel shroud/LDC and you'd have a really nice pesting rifle for the backyard. I'm waiting on the announced price as well. I only hope they offer it in .177. The options for .177 in bullpups is lean right now

Added a Weaver scope rail on my FX Wildcat

I think it should come stock with the weaver really, I bought the rail from Wild West Airguns. The LDC can be made by Neil Clague, I bought it when I bought my Verminator second hand.

Added a Weaver scope rail on my FX Wildcat

I bought the optional weaver scope rail for my FX Wildcat. Taking off the stock dovetail rail and replacing it with the weaver rail is a two screw operation, takes about 5 minutes. I prefer a weaver rail coupled with quick Leupold quick release mounts. Here are some pics of how it looks...

Vulcan 25 vz wildcat 25: which one ?!!

Russians make fine guns for sure. You got to find them when you have a problem if there's a serious defect, although the dealers are helping with that issue to some degree. If long range was my main criteria, I'd definitely look at the Vulcan based on what owners are saying, heck I might have to...

Vulcan 25 vz wildcat 25: which one ?!!

I'd hardly rate the Wildcat as a beginners model for $1299 it's a steal for what you get. It's not based on the FX T12 platform which is made for a lower price point and was a concern when I got the Widcat. It's as hardy as the 400/500 platform. The Wildcat is a great little bullpup and I like...
