That is not a tesla valve. Though the idea may have some merit as a suppressor design. This appears to be k baffles venting into adjacent chambers along the way. A proven design.

This FN19 Hawk is getting refurbed presently. Hopefully I can get the action running properly again.

This gun now holds air, so it is on to the next problem. The bolt is not being retained by the retaining pin when fired. Somehow, when fired, the pressure is bouncing / vibrating the bolt retaining pin and blowing back the bolt. It does not do it when fired without a pellet. Thoughts? Ideas...

Good tips! It came down to vices and vice grips. I was nervous about the heat because some of the valve internals are plastic and possibly harder to replace than the brass.
