love that look, the tan/brown beautiful. I finished my F & T stock just in tru-oil. Maybe get a Boyd one of these days.

I bought the Mrod F & T which came with the Turkish walnut stock. It comes pretty raw as in unfinished but still usable. I chose to finish with just some simple Tru Oil stock finish. I buffed it slightly to take the gloss finish down some.

Brown truck showed up yesterday with my new Sightron S Tac 4-20×50 MOA! Looks like very good quality and very clear glass! Now have to decide on rings! I like the Element rings but they seems to be on back-order. May need to find something else.

Batman2: Thanks again for all the info, I hadn't even looked at the Sightron S Tac. That's a great on sale price! Hmmmm, so the Athlon Midas Tac was one I had also been looking at. So you feel the glass on it is superior in this price range? $200 better than the Sightron?

Thanks for all the great information! I think Ive read many many reviews on the 4 scopes I had it narrowed down to. Im very much leaning toward the Element Helix 6-24 SFP. I also like their rings. I'm guessing I'll need the High rings for my Marauder Field & Target. But if anyone has this...
