Just received this from the canadian source listed on this forum. I have a problem already in that once i pressurize it as described in the manual, I place a pellet and , when I close the mechanism i hear air escape and the gun will not shoot. does this sound familiar to anyone? thank you

Answered my own question (well AirTanksForSale did). there is an Oring located on the exit end where the air outflows. They knew to look there because the hole that was leaking air is there to help if an Oring is damaged. The ring was not seated in one section and letting air flow past. So...

is the idea on the hill pump to dry the intake air with the filter before it gets compressed so , if not completely dry, the air that is compressed has less moisture? If so, would it make sense to have both an intake and outflow filter?

what are you all doing to dry the air on a hand pump? I have a Hill MK5 with the air drying system- is there something to do in addition? My concern is long term moisture in the airgun and the ensuing damage (dont suspect there is any but I want to prevent it from being an issue) thanks in advance
