I left my HW 95 cocked overnight in hope of toning it down. I lost 5-10 fps. That was with the factory spring. When hunting I see 20 minutes as a non issue.

Buck came to us beaten and starving. He lives the good life now. He is so good, never misbehaves. Prior to these three I had a pair of cattle dogs. They killed many skunks. Never got coon, but I wouldn’t have worried about them.

I had one growling at me and the dogs this morning. It was on the other side of the fence and not happy to see us. No shooting, that would bring helicopters.

The bb barrel shoots 1/2 qtips very well. If the steel shot works as expected on the carpenter bees, I will order some buckshot (larger steel) and hunt mice. I swear I had some old 12ga with #12 lead shot, but I haven’t been able to find them.

If they make a rifled 177 barrel I would buy instantly.
