Thats a saber tacticle support rail for a m3 .30 tensioned 700 barrel...I didnt build it ..Ken Hicks did...I just lightened it up a little...smaller bottle & short arca..shed almost 3 lbs without the titan...little more tip heavy than my maverick compact 30 now..so im likin it....so far..lol
