I like the idea of a pressurized barrel shroud. Done correctly, the barrel will be about as ridged as you can get. On that subject, I did notice that the Barra rep says they own the patent to the idea in this video at the 2 minute 51 second mark: Link:

I've been concerned about this, especially if I were to go with the 700 mm X barrel. Is the barrel on the crown noticeably flexy? What is the diameter of the barrel? I hope it's at least 15 mm.
