I believe replacing the barrel for a harder one may be a bad idea. I bet they use softer barrels for a reason and it would void any warranty on your guns and if you have a big bore 357 i wouldnt try its an expensive mistake.

Wow thats impressive. i dont calculate this stuff i dont have a crony. but from research ive found crossman premier dome .177 is very good at .030 and HN baracuda at .035 

Pellet rifle barrels are made softer than traditional rifles. Ive stripped rifling of cheap airguns using copper bbs. its a bad idea to use something that can scratch a barrel. Atleast with the guns ive used. 

Also THESE ARE NOT FOR HUNTING DONT EVEN TRY. You will not kill anything these are too weak, have near no penetration, and are not accurate enough to humanely kill.

Thank you sadly im 17 although will soon be 18 i like the convenience of a store i have a gander mountain near me that always have good deals on the guns. 

I would trust walmart reset targets as long as theyre metal. i have one dont know brand its just fine. i wouldnt worry about how tough it is my friend made me a tiny sliver of aluminum to use as a .22 target and all my guns couldnt make a dent lead just flattens on it.
