Try this thread on how to do it at home. It took me a while but eventually got it down. I pumped the thing hard at first and had to replace that o ring quite a few times. You’ll want to learn how to do it imo

ive had 3 of the standard EARs and all of them experienced the same reg creep you're experiencing. i haven't been super active here but IIRC its more common to have a creeping EAR than one that stays at its set psi.
