Yes , the reg is adjustable . It has a 14" barrel. I'm just on a sub 12 fp kick . Enough for me around the house. Better shot count and Quiter.

I set the speed around 880 fps generally. Groups were good. Start around 930 fps then slow them down till the group tighten. If you happen to get down to 830 fps and still won't group then move on to something else.

I use a FB2 on an AGT Vixen standard in .22 cal . Happy with the results .

I got a box of .22 cal , 15g Zans AGT Vixen standard , 20 fpe , 780fps . Groups ok , takes crows no problem . Took a racoon at 25yds , head shot = DRT . Propped the coon up and took some body shots for testing , straight pass throughs . Would not use for body shots on critters .
