The only warranty that is void is your parts that you install, the rifle itself maintains the warranty. But if damages occur because of improper installation to other parts of the rifle those damages are also not covered under warranty. Hope that clarifies things a bit :) 

Have you tried to reinstall the original parts back on to replicate the original issue? Also inspect the vale seat and the delrin on the new pin to make sure there are no imperfections on the sealing surfaces. If you reinstall the original parts and everything goes back to the way it was then...

I've done the same thing as well with my first PCP a couple years ago XD guy told me it was a .177 said it shot great. I got 10 in groups at 10 ft lol Soon discovered the model number was that of a .22 haha shot much better after that :)
