The velocity screw is where the transfer port is right ? and it's on the valve ? because those were the only two areas that were adjusted on the video 

I want to power tune my Marauder .22 for heavier grain pellets , watched a you tube video on how to do it and I just need to know if I have to empty all the air out first ? or can it be done with the air still in the cylinder ? they never specified if I have to or not , would appreciate some...
