Regardless I have to hand it to you and Motörhead for getting that O ring out and in. I have an extra upper reg body and my non-marring picks won’t even come close to pulling it out. Let alone installing.

I have to put my ignorance on display here. Isn’t that O ring a centering device more than a sealing ring? If it leaked it would pressurize the cavity behind it. Maybe that would cause the reg creep you’ve experienced because it would cause the pressure to be placed on the backside of the top...
